What is Symbian Anna
Symbian Anna is Nokia’s latest new Symbian update and, in addition to a completely new user interface, it adds a number of handy features, too, including:
1. A faster, easier-to-use browser with URL entry bar and search-integrated address bar
2. Improveed text input, including Qwerty snd split-screen
3. New icons and a simpler-to-use photo gallery
4. New Nokia Maps with the ability social networks, plus public transport view
The Nokia Symbian Anna update is available for the N8, C7, C6-01 and E7.


How to upgrade to Symbian Anna
If you have an N8, C7, C6-01 or E7, you will be able to upgrade your phone to the Symbian Anna operating system over the air (OTA) or via the Nokia suite your computer.


To upgrade via Wi-Fi, head into the Setting menu and select ‘information’. Here you will be able to check for the latest updates. If Symbian Anna can be downloaded onto your phone, select to update the firmware and follow the onscreen instructions. Once the update has started, do not touch your phone until it has restarted.

What is Symbian Anna?
To update your phone using the USB cable provided. Open up the Nokia suite on your computer and select to update your phone and follow the intstructions provided. Once the update has started, do not touch your phone until it has restarted.
